  • Will not be introduced into interstate commerce in violation of Sections 404, 505, 512, or any other applicable sections of the FD&C Act or comparable laws.

2.4 TSCA / Regulatory Compliance

• You understand that products obtained from Luxe Peptide are, unless otherwise stated, intended solely for in-vitro research use and may not appear on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory.
• You assume exclusive responsibility to ensure that products purchased from Luxe Peptide are approved for your intended use under TSCA or any other applicable regulatory framework, if relevant.

2.5 Hazards, Safety, and Industrial Hygiene

The purchaser understands and agrees that:

• There may be hazards associated with handling and using research chemicals and experimental materials.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to:

  • Conduct any further risk assessment and research necessary to ensure safe handling and use;

No products purchased from LuxePeptide.com shall, unless explicitly stated otherwise, be considered food, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.

2.6 Strict Prohibition on Human / Recreational Use

Under NO circumstances shall or should any Luxe Peptide products be:

If you are not so affiliated and purchase products anyway, you may be committing a fraudulent act, for which you could be held legally responsible. 2.9 Right to Refuse Sales

4. Credits – Purchase, Use, and Non-Refundability

Luxe Peptide operates a credit-based system (“Credits”) that allows customers to prepay and then redeem Credits for products and webinar seats on LuxePeptide.com.

4.1 Nature of Credits

• Credits represent a prepaid balance associated with your account on LuxePeptide.com.
• Credits are not legal tender, not a bank account, not a stored-value card, and not a gift card.
• Credits cannot be converted into cash, transferred to a bank account, or withdrawn.

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased using payment methods offered at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card via Stripe). Your account balance will be updated once payment is successfully processed.

4.3 Use of Credits

Credits may be used to:

• Purchase webinar seats; and/or
• Purchase eligible products offered on LuxePeptide.com where Credits are accepted as a payment method.

The number of Credits required for each product or webinar will be displayed on the Site and may change from time to time.

4.4 Non-Refundable / Never Expire

• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Credits never expire and will remain in your account for future use, subject to these Terms and any account closure, suspension, or termination as described herein.

4.5 Non-Transferable

Credits are attached to your account and are generally non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or trade Credits without our consent may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of Credits.

4.6 Chargebacks & Reversals

If any payment used to purchase Credits is later reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may:

• Deduct an equivalent amount of Credits from your balance;
• Cancel any orders or webinar seats obtained using those Credits; and
• Suspend or terminate your account in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

5. Payments (Stripe)

5.1 Payment Methods

All payments on LuxePeptide.com are processed via one or more third-party payment processors, including Stripe. By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our processor(s) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your purchase.

5.2 Accuracy & Authorization

You represent and warrant that:

• The payment information you provide is accurate, complete, and valid;
• You are authorized to use the payment method you provide; and
• You will promptly update any changes to your billing information.

5.3 Finality of Payment

6. Webinars, Seats & Random Discount Promotion

6.1 Webinar Seats

Webinar seats may be purchased using Credits (and/or other payment methods if offered). Seat purchases are generally non-refundable. If a webinar is canceled or significantly rescheduled by us, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund in Credits or allow you to transfer your seat to another session.

6.2 Random Seat Discount Code

At the conclusion of certain webinars, one seat holder may be randomly selected to receive a discount code.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific webinar:

• The discount code will be valued at up to the standard seat price of that webinar (or an equivalent value in Credits or discount);
• The code may be applied only to eligible future purchases on LuxePeptide.com;
• The code cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another user without our consent;
• Additional conditions (such as minimum spend, one-time use only, or expiration date) may apply and will be included with the code details.

Luxe Peptide reserves the right to change the rules of the random selection, modify or cancel a promotion, or substitute a similar or equivalent discount where necessary to comply with law or for operational reasons.

6.3 No Guarantee of Winning

Purchasing a seat does not guarantee you will receive a discount code or any other bonus.
